John Hemming MP’s blog on the Day of Reading his Family Justice Bill
Here, John Hemming MP refers to 40 Slovak families involving 89 children who have been ‘snatched’ by UK Social Services. He refers to Return children home! Parallel protest not only in Slovakia.
Regarding the Savile scandal and drama, he writes that children get ‘lost’ in the ‘care’ system.
And he even has a Polish case on his books – relating to Haringey Council.
Furthermore, he mentions a radio interview about adoption in the UK broadcast by French radio, with the Slovak Republic’s representative in the European Court of Human Rights.
John Hemming MP chairs Justice for Families with over 1,700 cases on file.
In comparison, Parents Against Injustice (PAIN) have dealt with over 13,000 parents and families!
His Family Justice Bill which was debated in the House of Commons today, is here.

I am not aware of an English translation.
Sorry.
We have social services & the NSPCA but where do the NSPCA fit into the protection of children. I also get annoyed over the fund raising & media hype plus the support from celeb’s etc for children in need plus the aid that goes abroad I know its pledged etc but instead of looking good why dont all these organisations & these people do something to help the children in the care system or going through family courts. Our government get involved with the human rights of other countries holding up GB as an example – instead of trying to look good why dont they do some good in this country – MP’s sort out the problems in the UK first, as its not just children who get a poor deal in the care system its also our old people. Rape torture abuse would not be tolerated in our prison system but it is hidden & denied and I hate to say it but condoned when its the vulnerable who cant or wont speak out against it. More people need to be there for them. As they say ‘for evil to flourish all that is needed is for good people to do nothing’.
