PETITION: Family Court Reform should Include a Jury

Well, this request sounds like what Ian Josephs has said for years: family courts should be run like CRIMINAL courts, i.e.

• the court is OPEN rather than secret
• evidence has to be provided beyond reasonable doubt
• a jury replaces the judge.

Please sign this petition that is targeted at the US and yet applies even MORE to the UK – due to the secrecy in Family Courts!
