NO PUNISHMENT without Crime: Children Back for Christmas!

It’s this Portuguese family that alerted me to Article 7 (no punishment without crime) of the EU Convention on Human Rights.

Their story first touched me to tears and then fuelled me into passion. Thank god, I’m not only German, but also have Slavic passion in my genes!

The final hearing (to sign and seal the adoption of the two youngest children) and the ‘care’ of the older three is scheduled for 9/10 December 2013.
