When is it OK to remove a child from its birth family? – Council of Europe report debate in April

Human Rights — Democracy — Rule of Law... wouldn’t it be nice… Today I got a phone call from a disabled lady whose landlord had stolen all her belongings…

This report is a comprehensive study of the practices of Social Services across Europe:

Published by the European Parents Association EPA, it gives a short overview of the complete 16-page report.

The Council of Europe is the Parliament of Parliamentarians (MPs) in Strasbourg which is very different from the European Parliament of MEPs.

Today I met Christopher Chope MP who wrote

He advised that Strasbourg with the Council of Europe that includes Russia is more suitable than Brussels to deal with inter-state issues such as ours of the whistleblower kids by a Russian mother and a British father.

An excellent video where John Hemming MP refers to the ‘tsunami of injustice’, the Council of Europe as the Human Rights organisation and the UK’s violation of Article 8, the right to family life is on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phTB7L16Aew

15 02 03 Massive Child AbuseHere’s the outrage about the distinctly not only worst case but also worst cover-up of authorities as well as stitch-up of innocent people!

If you click on it, you get to the online petition asking to Return the Whistleblower Kids.

Are you going to sign and maybe even leave a comment? Every time someone signs, the decision makers get an email and the comments do make interesting reading!
