Well said Sabine. A positve way forward is or was the Consultation created by the versatile and caring Rt. Hon. Mr. Norman Lamb and the DoH before. It was published some 3 months ago. I got my copy in the Post and submiited my 50 responses {as seen below} before the 29th May which is the deadline.
If you were not able to find it on Google here is more information. The e mail address {below} and the name of the Booklet:
‘No voice unheard, no right ignored
    – a consultation for people with
    learning disabilities, autism and
    mental health conditions’.

You can do everything online but, you only have 2 more days. This is a lifeline for us. I have tried endlessly to get distraught Families and other people involved in this. I am dedicated just like yourself to help the under-priviliged. The Law certainly needs changing in this tyrannic Country.

Already the UK Statute Laws does NOT cover our basic Human Rights and the present Gov’t wants to get out of Europe scrapping the HRA therefore, we will all have to leave the UK soon.

The lower Courts Judges breaches our Human Rights and when we go to the Court of Appeal, our Application is unfairly dismissed and any possible Appeal is disallowed. How can this be a Democratic Society?
