1:- The UK is the ONLY State in the WORLD that gags parents whose children have been taken by Social Services, i.e. threatens with prison if they dare to complain about their pain. And these threats are enforced! Some 200 parents a year at least!
2:- The UK is the ONLY State in Europe (except Croatia and possibly Portugal) to permit the horror of “forced adoption”.
3:-The UK is the ONLY State in Europe to allow “Punishment without Crime” i.e. the taking of children by Social Services from parents who have not committed any criminal offence.
4:- The UK is the ONLY State in Europe taking children for “emotional abuse” and worse still “risk of emotional abuse” – on the basis of predictions from overpaid charlatans that one day parents just might harm their children.
5:- The UK is the ONLY State in Europe to censor conversations between parents and children in care. Children are left wondering what they have done wrong, as parents are forbidden to explain the situation, or discuss the court case in any way. Phrases such as “I love you and I miss you” are also forbidden under the threat of contact being stopped immediately if the parents “transgress.” Children naturally begin to think their parents might not love them or want them back any more.
No Punishment without Crime or Bereavement without Death! 
The reasons for being proud to be a UK citizen get less and less the more time goes on.

If the police decide that no further action is required as no offence commited, then how can SS decide that a threshold for significant harm has been met?
Because they invent anything and everything only to pursue one goal: to have your child!
They kidnap your child first without reason whatsoever – then they invent a story by terrorizing the kid over and over again. For several years if necessary.
I know. As long as they have the child under their control, they do anything and everything to mess the parents about – besides not caring what happens to the child…
None of the above items (1-5) are unique to the UK. Germany e.g. does likewise with just as much dishonesty and adds a few items for good measure.
In Germany, the latest figures show that 2.300 kids are “snatched” each month.
Ian Josephs who has a law degree from Oxford wrote this 7 years ago.
He gets 3 – 6 cases a day and has more experience than anybody.
Snatching is a universal phenomenon, yes. But with which legal justifications and sanctioning, I wonder?

I had my son snatched from behind my back by Lambeth Social Services, who did nothing but question and document me in a derogatory fashion, from before he was even born.
I was struggling with acquiring housing and received no help or support as the many different s.workers( 7 in 2 year period) were there to represent my sons requirements/ interests, and did not really do anything to support or suggest anything that involved us as a couple/pair.( did not recognise joint support for mother and child)
I had no help at all with traversing between homelessness and legitimate housing and was told by the Homeless person unit at the council that i would not be eligible to apply for somewhere independant until I was over 8 months into the pregnancy!
. I ended up giving birth while in a squat I had in West Norwood, as it was cleaner and safer than the B+B offered, which had been the only option offered by the homeless persons unit ( the first week i was there my room was broken into and robbed. Half of the Babys stuff was taken, it was all new and set me back a bit.
Luckily I managed to get a replacement buggy, and some second hand stuff from charity shops, but this source was sneered at by at least 2 of the 7 social workers appointed to my son. The midwives did there best to help with support letters highlighting the risk posed to me and the baby from undue stress and if housing could not be found, but were happy with the functionality of the squat, as I had prepared well for his birth regardless of getting help or not. The midwifes were happy with my first time efforts and planning , but of course the’ bohemian’ solution I had created in absence of sensible solutions from the council, did not sit well with s.services.
I can’t even begin to imagine how many people have been paid a lot, to not actually do much to help the client appointed to them at all, just steal your life in the form of personal questions with character documentation then abuse you by twisting the situation into something they can profit from by revamping you on paper ( not with criminal law) into something you are not, processing you like a faulty part and treating you worse than a convicted criminal ( even though you are probably more enlightened, as a human being, than the s.worker, criminal or Judge put together) the trouble is other people down the line are fine with that( lies), and also get paid to do these horrible things to you and your family and are probably happy to believe anything they hear and read (as long as its done on the right application with the correct papers it fine! The truth has little to do with it ),because it is full of profit for them as well.
Obviously the full story , up to the day they took my son is a long one, but because it is so important to me I want and need to tell someone.
It screams of my being totally ignored in a vulnerable situation by more than one department and authority.( I had no close family that could help or support at the time, from the age of 15))
There are problems that exist all the way through the public services sector and now i fear they have become detrimental to the purposes they were designed for in the first place.
This quote would serve them well to read, its from an old Jew i know.:
” IF YOU CAN’T HELP SOMEONE, DON’T DO THEM NO HARM!! ”
and also
” do unto others as you would have done unto yourself”
Social services of many kinds( the police, s,services, s.s benefits),, and new privatised businesses supported by Government , have now become dangerous services and places for people of all ages to even engage with, due to the way they treat people.
As they have a lot to lose in Government,(tax payers money) money if they are found to be incompetent in their role as public protectors, it would be fatal for them to be found out , and explains why there has been lot of ignorance and whitewashing surrounding the truth of what really goes on behind the doors regarding these corrupt abuses of the legal system and why they have gone on for so long.
In fact that money is not enough for their level of greed, and conveniently they found hundreds of years ago how to process people and dehumanise them for profit( in some of our other less admirable tales from true history. )within the manipulation and control of environmental conditions, food sources and controls, benefits,taxes and all the other ridiculous controls they have over us all.
The system controls everything, right down to your water access!( BEWARE)
If you can’t keep up with the neighbours, and you have been affected by crime or poverty you are fair game for messing about as far as they are concerned.
All these new private and public sector businesses, keep being given contracts by government to set up shop and help people, but for the manpower and money, how much do they really help people in any practical way?( they seem to be self serving)
All victims happen to be the innocent by product of this far from perfect construct, and deserve help in a reasonable society to be safe from the other more disruptive outcomes of poverty and greed in a wanting world.( described as western society).
People are not aware enough of what is really going on in the world to act as a truly powerful and aware society, at present we resemble sheep ruled over by a greedy government in a walled rather than fenced enclosure ( the city) and allowed to roam around within the crime and violence perpetuated by the media , religion,and people with ignorant and discriminative attitudes.
Individually and ignorantly supporting it with our votes and actions within that constructed camp.
I was left in a situation, without any protection, not even housing, then judged by s.services.
I had engaged with them after I got pregnant by an abusive boyfriend but offered no protection or help by the authorities( police) or s.services but dehumanised and judged not be fit to parent, under their idea of’ possible risk’ in the future to my son, and a fabrication of a charge of ‘ abandonment’ which was used in court by a s.worker I had not even met but was responsible for snatching my son.
I have never been assessed or accused over any form of neglect or abuse toward my son, (other than what I myself has suffered) and should and could have been helped very easily, with just a little advice, support in obtaining an injunction, and a safe home, I would have been fine to bring up my son alone, but when there is no consistency in the s.worker involvement and there is a hidden agenda, you stand little chance against the authorities, this was echoed by the Barrister I employed through legal aid to help me oppose the adoption of my son, but now I know that even they are corrupt or too busy to fight what she described as a losing battle.
it would be great to get some advice and support from you or just chat about solutions/ opportunities for change in defective Law, and the wider world of human/ planetary Rights.
I have no problem in naming the s.workers responsible,( though it won’t help much, and is not an individual attack against them, just me challenging their level of awareness over what they were really involved with in removing good children from good parents!?
I wish to raise through my protest awareness and hopefully a new attitude from government, with as much done possible, now .to get the families affected that shouldn’t have been, helped ,to get back in touch with each other if they so desire,.(.with help and understanding for the childrens sake.).
In my case there were a number of people involved that I did not even speak with or meet face to face so a ‘witch hunt ‘is pointless.
I also have a large complaint against the Guardian Ad Litem that was appointed for my son as she was deliberately insensitive and twisted a lot of facts, so much so that she even described his eye and hair color wrong in the adoption application to the courts and tried to criticise the spelling of his name which is ROWEN ( because she prefered it spelled with an A).???????????? what does that have to do with my care of him????????????
I have this comment injected into the court papers, from her, and see it as pathetically bitchy.
He is going to be 10 years old on the 22nd July, just a few days after the:
‘stop stealing our children march’ on the 19th outside no.10 Downing Street( 10.00am).
I want him and the rest of the country to know the truth and let him know I love him and won’t give up telling as many people as possible what goes on in this deceptive country and Government at the hands of social( De-)services.

I still have little to no family support and live alone in London.
Homelessness and physical abuse isolated me a lot and I am cautious now in making friends with people on the street.( i was attacked by 3 drunk women in a park, at a soup kitchen, after they overheard me talking to a Christian volunteer about my having my son taken by services, later they steamed into me like i didn’t love my son and must have deserved to have lost him.
I was kicked to the floor, my boots stolen and 3 of my ribs broken with an almighty crack, served up in a kicking from at least two of them. I also suffered a head injury. This was not the only violence I suffered as a consequence of having my son stolen, and being then made homeless, again.!
I was in great pain for months. the police could do nothing as they did not see the attack!!!!
(But at least it did make s.services deformation of my character more plausible in court)
Hope I can get passed this, now I know that other people know what’s going on and that I am not a failed parent or evil person for having been a victim of violence,
I stood little chance against the large, rich and powerful system, what can one do with no permanent home and the risk of being forced into utter poverty on a weekly basis?
Its a shame i am not viewed and judged on what’s in my mind and heart, for that is rich with consideration and respect for the entire living world, now that would be fairer!!!
‘If the system can’t help you to achieve what it expects of you( and protect you from abuse) how then can they rightfully judge you for failing to meet ‘their'( richer standards) expectations in an imperfect and poor environment?’
(the fact is I did nothing wrong, just needed protection from other peoples abuses of me,
i was alone and scared!)
(- you should be assessed and encouraged by what you have done positively in your life, and in difficult situations, not by what is beyond your creation or control..
You get no credit at all for surviving through this chaos they disguise as society.
It is a weapon of massive distraction from the truth as far as I am concerned, it keeps people occupied with meaningless tasks and jobs, most of which serve no purpose other than destruction of the natural world around us, for profit again.

The social services are the proactive group initiating the applications to the families court. The court is important, but operates only reactively, Should the Lambeth SS withdraw their applications then the case would fall flat. If, as you say, the SS failed to provide any assistance, when this was needed, and they lied about it in court, you should contact the leader, Councillor LIB PECK: She is the one, who needs to exercise supervision and she is politically sensitive:

This is very true, my 5 year old is very confused, when ever I try to explain to her that she may not be coming home I am stopped. All I want to say is that I love her and that I am fighting for her to come home and that I want her her but that she may not come home. My younger children wouldn’t understand but my 5 year old is very clued up and I am very afraid she thinks I don’t want her. I find myself whispering to her while she sobs into my breast at the end of contact. It’s the only way. The law is discusting and appalling! What can we do?!

What I don’t get is WHY social services departments do this, other than on the basis of the incentive given to them by Tony Blair in 2006, which in itself can’t have been enough. (My jaw dropped when I saw the BBC’s interview with Tony Blair held at the time.)

It all reminds me of abuse of the Baker Act in Florida, in the past. In those cases, however, the culprit was usually a greedy son or other relative who wanted a well-off older relative (who, say. wanted to travel and paint and go to concerts instead of sell the house and sit quietly in a corner of a home for old folks) declared mentally incompetent and locked away so that he or she could sell the house, get his or her hands on the inheritance or what have you. Journalists raised the issue in the press, and the law was amended so that it could no longer be abused. That happened twenty years ago.
What on earth is motivating social services in Britain? To me, it sounds like an echo of Britain’s feudal past. Is that what it is?
And, what is the difference between those social services departments that by the sound of it have totally lost it and those who haven’t? Has someone conducted an analysis? Has someone made a list of social services departments that function normally in this respect and social services departments that don’t – which might hold some clues?

BBC Inside Out Southwest of today (6 Jan 2013) dedicated at least 10 minutes to the problem with Child Protection Services as well. One mother suggested that social services staff is so scared of or intimated by the idea of dealing with situations with real problems (various forms of child abuse) that they divert their focus, avert their attention to just about anything else.
That is not an unusual phenomenon for lay people, but should not occur within this context. It could point toward staff needing much more training AND counseling to deal with really bad situations which apparently they are trying to stay away from, and/or toward staff simply not being of the caliber that is needed for these jobs.
What do you think of the Ofsted reports? Could they be a basis to identify which services are functional and which ones have totally lost it?
Rearch in Germany revealed that there is an annual budget of about 28 Billion ( thousand million) Euros available for child care. The social services accordingly operate a “capacity driven demand cycle” for snatching children. The system capacity is kept permanently under review and children are selected for snatching according to a priority list. A child on the selection list may, of course, never get selected. If selected however, there follows a collusion and a litigation phase in which the SS lie and twist evidence. If you are talking only about courts of protection, however, they operate a similar model.
“Capacity-driven” – I don’t know how to respond but sigh…
That’s akin to target-driven arrest numbers and the stop-and-frisk practices in New York, also out of line, but with much less devastating consequences.
We mainly need to get away from these numbers-driven policies, then. Would that be a good start? Might it even be enough?
If we can’t outpower them, we must outsmart them. And we must unite and empower ourselves and each other.
Finally, we must appeal to ETHICAL elections: which side are you? If not on mine, I won’t vote for you.
All else is: exposure, exposure, exposure, methinks.
